With this pose, he's kinda reminds me of Kaname Kuran of Vampire Knight!

Hijikata in action!!
his soft side :D
There was one particular scene which made me fall in love completely with him. These scene was from episode 9, where the Oni group was trying to abduct Chizuru for the third time (I think..).
Kazama (Oni)
Here, Chizuru jumped in front of Hijikata
Chizuru was trying to shield Hijikata from Kazama, this all happened in a split second
Instead of being protected, Hijikata suddenly hugged Chizuru protecting her.
Chizuru was quite shocked of Hijikata sudden action and so am I, actually.
It all happened very fast that I didn't expect what is Hijikata action, or should I say, it's not Hijikata action that matters. It is the way he do it. I didn't expect he would hugged protectively towards Chizuru. I am shocked to find he hugged Chizuru like she is a child or something.
That action made me realized that he loves Chizuru much more than he knows it and he was showing that love without realizing it. That's the moment that I fall in love completely with him..
